Mother’s Love Homestead Return & Refund Policy
Effective July 22, 2026
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and include food, skincare, soap, and other personal-use items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference, scent, texture, taste, sensitivity, ordering the wrong item, or changing your mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery or pickup. Contact us within 48 hours if:

• Your order arrived damaged.

• You received the wrong product.

• An item is missing from your order.

• A product appears defective upon arrival.

Email Info@motherslovega.com and include:

• Your name and order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping box when applicable

After reviewing the information, Mother’s Love Homestead may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected item, at our discretion. Please do not discard damaged products or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
Shipping Issues
Mother’s Love Homestead is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing, packages sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, or damage caused after delivery.
Please contact us promptly if an order appears lost or delayed so we can assist with reviewing the tracking information. Orders that cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection requirements.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only when production or preparation has not begun. Preorders, custom orders, personalized products, and items already prepared, packaged, or shipped cannot be canceled.
Product Sensitivities
Ingredients are provided on product listings and labels. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchasing. We recommend patch testing topical products before regular use. A sensitivity, allergy, or personal reaction does not qualify an item for return or refund.
