Daily Serving Suggestions
Adults:
Take 1 tablespoon (about ½ oz) per day as a preventative during cold and flu season.
If feeling under the weather, you can take 1 tablespoon every 2–3 hours (for a day or two).
Children (1 year and older):
Give ½ to 1 teaspoon daily for immune support.
If symptoms begin, offer ½ to 1 teaspoon every 2–3 hours for short-term use.
⚠️ Do not give to babies under 1 year old, since the syrup contains honey.
