We take pride in every product we make. Here's what you need to know before you order.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the handcrafted, perishable, and personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns on sourdough bread, goat milk soap, tallow skincare, infused olive oils, vanilla extract, farm fresh eggs, or any other products.

Why We Have This Policy

Every product we make is handcrafted in small batches on our family homestead. Many of our items are perishable (bread, eggs) or are personal-care products (soap, tallow skincare) that cannot be resold once opened or used.

We stand behind the quality of everything we sell — we only offer products we use ourselves and love. Every item is tested by our family before it ever reaches yours.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement at no charge.

We pack every order with care — bubble wrap, sturdy boxes, and packing peanuts for fragile items — but we know things can happen in transit. Just reach out and we'll take care of you.
